Submission of anonymous tips
Clear compliance guidelines had already been established since 2010 within the context of our codes of conduct and ethics (e.g. in the Anti-Corruption Policy). The current version of our constantly evolving standards is available in our CSR Policy. With the integration of this new reporting system, Wollsdorf has taken another important step towards lived-out transparency within the company.
Wollsdorf’s new whistleblower platform (reporting system) allows for anonymous communication and is available to all employees, customers and suppliers as well as to other interest groups. Thus, tips can be submitted in regard to suspected corruption incidents, abuses of our internal guidelines as e.g. the compliance regulation or possible violations of legal stipulations. Any submitted tips will be handled confidentially by authorised employees. Unauthorised persons do not have access to the system.
The form gives you the option to submit important information to Wollsdorf in case you observe suspected violations or abuses of any kind.
